i sold my wedding dress!
why?
because i will only ever wear it one time.
because it takes up a shitload of closet space.
because it was really expensive.
because i don't really believe that any one's daughter really wants their old ass wedding dress.
because i am not that sentimental.
BUT i have to admit i was surprisingly sad when i saw Laura (the bride to be who bought it) wearing "my" dress, i mean hell i got married to Kareem in that dress but selling it doesn't change my memories, many gorgeous pictures and all that it meant to me.
oh well - it doesn't hurt to have a nice pile of ca$h sitting here from it :)
